UK Delivery

Veloura Home offers free UK delivery.

Processing and estimated delivery time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen transport disruptions. Please contact us if your order is delayed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details, where tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system.
